Our team were engaged to provide a complete Project Management Solution on this contemporary designed detached home that will feature a home Cinema / Games room and wine cellar below ground as well as spacious living and entertaining accommodation above, extensive grounds of circa 4 acres. Particular attention has been given to using renewable energy sources including Ground Source and Air Source Heat Pumps,  rainwater harvesting and intelligent irrigation systems that feed into a natural pond within the grounds.
