Our International clients acquired a brand new luxury Chelsea Waterfront apartment and engaged us to carry out various improvement works to include upgrading the stone floor with higher quality marble, replacing the bathroom fittings, installing additional Audio Visual technology, bespoke joinery and more besides. We managed the team of expert consultants to seek a license to change from the building landlord before project managing the works programme.
